The Products
All our products are handmade from natural materials and will therefore vary in appearance compared to the images shown on the webshop. This is part of the charm of handcrafted items and is not considered a defect.
Prices and disclaimers
We reserve the right to correct any errors in our stated prices and to change prices without prior consent. We also reserve the right for out of stock or discontinued items, as well as instances where the stock status on the webshop may be incorrect. In the event of a stock error, we will contact you as soon as possible to find a solution or cancel the order at no cost to you.
VAT and customs
All prices on the website include Danish VAT (25%) for orders delivered within the EU. For orders delivered to an address outside the EU, Danish VAT is deducted at checkout, but you may be charged local VAT, customs duties and other import fees when the package arrives in your country. These costs are your own responsibility.
Payment
We accept payment via Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay and ApplePay. Payment will only be debited from your account when the physical item is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. We use a secure payment server that encrypts all information using SSL protocol.
Pre-orders
Please note that some products may be available for pre-order, as our furniture is handmade to order. On the product page, you can see if an item is in stock or available for pre-order, along with the expected lead time. The amount is only charged to your account when the product is dispatched.
Delivery
The delivery time for your order is usually 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated. We ship items via GLS or a freight company for larger products, which will be specified in check-out. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a track and trace number and/or a follow-up on information with the freight company.
Right of Withdrawal
We offer a 14 day full return policy on items purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The period starts on the day the order is delivered to your address or picked up at a parcel shop.
Custom Orders: For items made to your specifications or given a clearly personalized touch, the right of withdrawal expires once production has commenced.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send an email to hello@rahmt.com no later than 14 days after delivery. You are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Condition of the Item upon Return
You are liable for any decrease in the value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the item. If the item has been used beyond this, it is considered used, which means that upon withdrawal, you will only receive a portion or none of the purchase amount back.
Warranty and complaints
A 2 year warranty is provided on products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing. Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to Rahmt Furniture within a reasonable time after discovering the issue. For complaints, please contact us at hello@rahmt.com.
Appeals
If you wish to complain about your purchase, please contact us at hello@rahmt.com. If we cannot reach a solution, you may file a complaint with the Center for Complaint Resolution via naevneneshus.dk or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution portal.
