Rahmt Furniture was founded by Bella Holst Jerichau after several years working as an interior designer within kitchen and carpentry companies.

A growing interest in wood craftsmanship led her to complete the foundation course in carpentry while working part-time in a framing workshop.

Bella later established her own framing workshop, where she also designed and handmade mirrors, and pinboards. As demand grew beyond what could be produced at a small scale, she began collaborating with skilled cabinetmakers and carefully selected wood suppliers across Europe — allowing the designs to scale while maintaining the same level of quality and attention to detail.

Today, Rahmt is run together with her brother-in-law, Walter, who also has a background in carpentry.

The family-run studio works primarily in solid wood to create durable furniture with timeless aesthetics - pieces designed to bring natural warmth and character to the home for many years to come.
